Founding story
Seven years ago, I founded my first company - a UX design agency that grew to a 50-people team.
Along the way, I saw firsthand how my managers (Ecexs, PMs, HR, Designers) became overwhelmed by communicating with tens of people and juggling endless tasks simultaneously.
I wanted my team to perform at their best every day - without burnouts, andI know I’m not alone - this is every founder's dream.
Being at the intersection of UX, engineering, and management, I shaped my vision on how to fight this.
That’s why I started Capable - to kill the repetitive and overwhelming work. Starting from a simple hub for dynamic prompt templates, we’ll build a magical AI companion for teams.
